A productive day begins with an active and energized body. Waking up early can be a tough task leading to exhaustion. The only way to let our body and mind wake up is through certain morning exercises to promote a healthy and overwhelming beginning to the day. 

Lazy mornings can be a tough time to get you out of your bed. Especially perfect weather and room temperature can add on to the problem by making you tired and de-energized easily. But with dedication for a few days or let’s say 21 days can break this shell and make you get up with a smile and motive to steal the day.

1. Prepare your day:

Best way to get things done is to figure out what needs to be done, sit with a pen and paper (avoid phones) and figure out what are certain priorities for the day and what can be postponed then figure out the time devoted and there you have a plan to go for your day.

5. Go for a walk:

Give your feet a little movement and flow as when we get up our body tends to remain stiff so to promote flexibility and freshness go for a walk. 6. Avoid making complex decisions as you wake up:

You don’t want to get stressed out as soon as you wake up in the morning. Relax and let the positive energy flow and bring stability to your body and mind. Putting your mind to difficult problems in the morning can lead to negativity and tension.  

7. Make your bed:

It is an effective habit to make your bed as soon as you step out of it to feel good and also if you come home late and tired you don’t find a mess but instead you can just fall off on the bed and go to sleep. 

Every renowned personality has advised making the bed as soon as you wake up as it boosts your mood and feels that you have already accomplished something. 

8. Quote for the day:

Wake up with a quote and you will always be dedicated for the whole day. Read a good quote each day whether in the night or early morning and wake up with the same mindset. This can be a great exercise for students to look forward for the day and work hard to achieve whatever they had in mind. 

9. Devote to religious activities:

If you are someone who truly believes in their religion then incorporate some time towards religious activities. This can promote your belief and make you feel that something good will be there in your day to look ahead. 

10. Talk in real-time:

Communicate with people in real-time. ask your parents what all they are looking forward in the day, a new update in the workspace. Talk to your neighborhood friends and ask how their day went yesterday or what is new this time with them. Appreciate people feelings and they will always appreciate you as well.

Inculcating these habits or exercises every morning can enrich your day and promote a more positive perspective towards life. It will also keep you patient and more rational when it comes to making decisions or listening to others.
