Shipping costs for orders from Healots depend upon your location, the shipping methods and options you choose. Expedited handling cost more than shipping for items that are not urgent. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are not only weight-based.
All orders placed on Healots are dispatched through courier service such as DTDC, Blue Dart and Delhivery in India.
If you live in India, It may take from one week to two weeks for your to receive your order. If you live out of India, It may take two weeks for your to receive your order.
You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.
If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one, so we recommend that you check there.

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, few accounts may abuse our returns policy.
These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items.
To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to we deserve the right to suspend product delivery for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Healots in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. A shipping charge will be applicable to all orders.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount if paid online. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behavior violate our fair usage policy, we deserve the right to suspend product delivery to that account.

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to Healots by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
Illegible Shipping Label: In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts the carrier determines that the package is undeliverable, the package will be returned to Loveknits.
Refused by Recipient: If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Healots and determined undeliverable.
