Returns & refunds

You can return any unopened, unused item within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging. No long forms, no interrogation.

For hygiene and safety, anything that has been opened or used can’t be returned— that goes for the coconut oil, the Meheraan heena and indigo powders, and the combo pack alike. They’re personal-care and wellness products, so we can only take them back unopened and in their original packaging. The one exception: if a product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund it without fuss.

Email Hi@healots.com or WhatsApp us on +91 98202 77319with your order reference and a line about what’s wrong. We’ll arrange the pickup and keep you posted at every step.

Once the item is picked up and inspected, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We’ll confirm by email or WhatsApp the moment it’s initiated.

If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of deliveryand we’ll ship a replacement free of charge — no return needed in most cases.

Booked a session with Puja? Plans change, and that’s alright. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours beforeyour session and we’ll refund it in full. Once a session has been completed it can’t be refunded— though we’re always happy to talk if something didn’t feel right.
